Usually the underlying inspiration for the line since the start has been mid-century; so, those structured gowns from the 50s and 60s have generally been our backbone when it comes to design,” she said in an earlier interview.
“But this season, we’re really trying to bring in the ’70s, and one of the icons we’re actually inspired by is Bianca Jagger." (during an interview)
Narces brought opulence with intricate embellishments that were featured throughout the line of ladylike looks, steeped in metallics, creams, whites and soft pastels, including lace bodices, feathered fringe skirts and form-flattering bustier-style dresses.
Wirthensohn closed out the showcase with the debut of the label’s bridal line, with a collection of dramatically detailed gowns designed to double as special occasion dresses, including those with fishtail hems, ruching and pleating.
