During the beginning of 2013, I promised you all that I will try and experiment with more colours and so far I think this is one of the brightest outfit I ever wore for my blog. This outfit only consists of two colours, which are black and royal blue. However the royal blue just pop out and give this casual outfit a vibrant and classical look. Plus, I don't feel like writing paragraphs about this outfit, since the outfit speaks for itself. You look gorgeous and the royal blue top looks amazing on you. If you were to try red lips, they will compliment this shade of blue very well. :) My advice about red lips is try a sheer wash of red first before going for a full on bright or bold red. I know NYC, Neutrogena, and I believe MAC have sheerer shades of red that aren't too bright or overwhelming.
